Full house remodeling
Added a two car garage, converted the existing garage to a family room, expanded and remodeled the kitchen, remodeling the dining room, expanded and remodeled the master bath and expanded and remodeled the pool bath.

Kitchen Remodeling
The existing kitchen was situated between the dining room and the family room but was closed off from the dining room and there was a useless hallway behind the kitchen. The owners wanted an updated and larger kitchen and a more open feel. We removed the wall between the kitchen and dining room, expanded the kitchen into the useless hallway area. Custom cabinets by Byerly Custom Design were installed. Doors are raised panel honey maple and counter tops are granite.

Second floor addition- Deer Creek
The garage was expanded to create for parking space and storage room, a stair well was added and a second floor was installed above the garage. The second floor included a den with a full bathroom and a game room with kitchenette

Second floor addition- Lakewood Ranch- in progress
A portion of the laundry and pantry area on the ground floor will be converted to a stair well and a guest suite will be added over the garage and adjacent bedroom.

Third floor addition - Laurel
A third floor guest suite was added to this home. Access to the suite is through a new hallway off of the existing third floor master suite.
